Opioid dependence is a very serious addiction that requires a team of qualified and caring treatment professionals. This dependence requires intensive individual, family, and group therapeutic sessions.

Opioid drugs target the receptors in the brain that relieve pain. Very similar to heroin. Dependence can develop from snorting, injecting or orally overtaking opioids. Alone opioids can lower respiratory function in combinations with other drugs or alcohol it can do much worse.
