Our teen rehab Orange Dreamsicle  Smoothie boosts the immune system with a charge Vitamin C. Through our Inspirations nutrition course teens learn the benefits of keeping a healthy and balanced diet. Additionally, they are taught how to prepare easy and delicious meals for themselves or others. Teens are taught a range of meals from breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner. These can easily be incorporated into their diet back home.

Ingredients:

1 cup of Fresh orange juice

1 cup of Yogurt

1/2 tsp. of Vanilla

4-6 Ice cubes

3-4 Orange Slices

Directions:

Place all ingredients into the blender and blend until fully smooth. Serve immediately for 2-3 people.

Tip: If you are lactose intolerant or live an alternative lifestyle all dairy products can be substituted with non-dairy choices such as coconut or almond milk.
