To better inform everyone, we had a discussion with teens from Inspirations for Youth and Families about drug and street terms everyone may want to know. The definition below is based on information gathered from teens within our rehab and online research.
Tootsie Roll (too t-see rohl) (n.)- a drug term used to describe heroin.

Heroin is a dangerous drug that targets the opiate receptors in the brain releasing endorphins allowing users to experience a brief moment of euphoria. It is also a very potent drug known for creating addicts with just one use.
The joy from heroin is short lived lasting at most 15 to 20 minutes but then leaving is users with an intense range of side effects. After the high most users begin to experience withdrawal systems which force them to use again.
Coming clean from heroin is a difficult task that requires the help of a fully trained medical staff.
