Drug and street term: Papers
To better inform everyone, we had a roundtable discussion with teens from Inspirations for Youth and Families about drug and street terms everyone may want to know. The definition below is based on collective information gathered from teens within our rehab and online research.
Papers (n.) – Short for “rolling papers”, thin sheets used to roll joints, generally of marijuana.

Many think teen drug abuse is not a cause for concern or that it may be a phase teens can outgrow. However, early teen drug abuse only leads to addiction into adulthood. Receiving treatment at the earliest signs is the best way to ensure your teen leads a healthy drug-free life. Many parents don’t catch wind of their teen’s abuse until it has gone too far.
Furthermore, once it has been established is necessary teens should receive the best care possible. That doesn’t always equate to the swanky high-end rehabs with a hefty price tag. Treatment centers that offer a variety of therapy options such as Inspirations for Youth and Families.
