Inspirations Amphetamine Drug Rehab
An amphetamine is a stimulant that controls the central nervous system and also suppresses appetite. It controls the nervous system by increasing chemicals in the body to help with attention and focusing. This drug also increases the heart rate and blood pressure which decreases one’s appetite. This stimulant is used to treat patients suffering from narcolepsy and attention deficit disorder and hyperactivity (ADHD). There are many forms of amphetamines such as Adderall, Ritalin,Vyvanse, Methamphetamine, or Dextroamphetamine.
According to the National Institute on Drug Abuse 7.7% of high school seniors are abusing amphetamines today. To help teens abusing amphetamines Inspirations has a variety of therapy programs such as art, music and recreational therapy. We also pride ourselves on being a treatment center that focuses on sober fun. Our teens learn through these sober outings there is more to their life than drugs and that they can have fun without the use of drugs and alcohol.
