Martine Phillips, MSN, FNP-C, CNL
Martine Phillips is an advanced practice registered nurse. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science degree in Clinical Nurse Leader (CNL) at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, FL. She also earned a Master of Science degree in family nurse practitioner at Nova Southeastern University in Palm Beach Garden, FL. She holds a national board certification with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) as a family nurse practitioner.
Prior to her career as a Nurse Practitioner Martine worked as a staff nurse and care coordinator in the emergency room for 15 years performing onsite triage, clinical assessments, and in-patient care implementations with emphasis on time management and Quality Improvement (QI). Additionally, Martine worked in academia as a laboratory administrator, nurse manager, and adjunct faculty in collaboration with School of Nursing to develop and implement innovative educational courses stressing on evidence-based practice. In 2014, Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society honored Martine as an Outstanding Educator.
Martine is also a member of several professional organizations including the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners; Black Nurses Association, Haitian American Nurses Association, and Black Nurses Association.
Martine adores outdoors, crafts, gardening, flower design, community outreach activities, and travelling with her family.
